I dislike the way that some black Africans look down on Black people in America...They will say that they "don't understand black culture and think that black people are doing 'it' wrong ". They share the same biases as ignorant racist white people when concerning black culture. I believe that it's largely due to the fact that the only perspective they have been exposed to are from white people when concerning black folks. I can't blame them too much for that.. However, it disturbs me that they say that black people 'can't get it right', ect when they sit comfortably in establishments that they would not be allowed to do so just 60 years ago due to my ancestors (recent and past). Just 152 years ago, we would still be considered as cargo if it was not for my ancestors. I can't deal with the hypocrisy.
Am I wrong? Am I missing something? Let me know..
