Delts are coming in nicely over the past year. Considering I used to be a very narrow frame, i'm very happy with my progress. What's my trick?
There's many studies which back the idea that exercising each muscle group 3-5 times a week (wether it's the primary or secondary muscle of each movement) is optimal for growth. So put simply, I do medial and rear deltoid exercises on both of my chest days, as well as my shoulder day, and second back day. Give this a try for a couple months and I can guarantee you'll see significant shoulder gains! •
