New changes, new eating habits and work outs.. Got me feeling 💥 completely changing everything up hasn't been as hard as i thought it would be! I'm excited for taking the time to ACTUALLY listen to what my body is telling me. For taking the time and taking myself to a whole new level. Challenging myself to go through with what I say and to keep learning and taking information in. One thing though is I recorded a whole video last week on my very first day I started the slow carb diet and I just watched some clips last night.... and deleted it all. 🙈 trying to decide what's the best way to start documenting this! All I can tell you right now is that it's been a week and a half and I feel amazing! ❤️✨👏🏼

Mentally this was my gym today. This is a real life story I'm about to tell: I drove to the gym and sat in the parking lot and just couldn't get myself to go in, so I left. I took the day to sit outside and write out some important things. It's what I needed for my body! Some days your health doesn't always require lifting weights or running on the treadmill! #feedyourmind

The best is having a buddy with you at the gym to hold you accountable! Keeping your heart rate up means you need an extra push to finish it out! 💦 As I mentioned before I'm working on a 12 week transformation, following a low carb diet and work out plan. For the next 4 weeks is cardio based work outs 🔥 Even tho these are simple common work outs they are good for days you don't have time to get cardio in on the machine - you get the two in 1 👇🏼 see work out is below. Working on a few goals that I've ignored for a while. Many of things which I'm sure most of you can relate to: having self control, willpower to curve cravings, discipline etc. these things can either break it or make it for people who want to gain a healthy lifestyle. It doesn't just happen over night but it does happen when you listen to your body and take control over things that you actually have control over. I'm new to this whole self control because I'll be the first to admit it's not easy and it's a real thing. On Monday I started a slow carb diet, I'm going to be documenting my journey through a 12 week process taking you all through what I learn. Mentally and physically. I'm excited to be really in tune with what my body tells me and actually listen to it's needs and just not ignore them in ways that are temporary unhealthy habits!
